Luan Arce took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aureliano Ikatz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dráuzio Luz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Jimeno Rayman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Váldson França got free with Jimeno Rayman in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 14th minute of the match, Maurinho Simões tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Jimeno Rayman saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Luan Arce showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Timoteo Donio in the 15th minute of the match. 17 minutes into the game, México Eterno MZC's Dráuzio Luz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. The supporters of México Eterno MZC booed when Deportivo Tachito was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oscar Rubio didn't get a good kick on the ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dráuzio Luz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Franklin Vinhas charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Franklin Vinhas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play.
