The tension between the KV Schoonwater and the Lite Finare Lite Bättre players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Lite Finare Lite Bättre booed when KV Schoonwater was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Boris Paelinck didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lite Finare Lite Bättre's Jens-Erik Nordström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raf De Muysere in the 27th minute of play. Jean Van Aerschot didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Lite Finare Lite Bättre's Charlie Bergsten shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-3 in the ordered_time% minute. Oskar Pilgren's late challenge caught a KV Schoonwater's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Oskar Pilgren helped the player get up and apologised. Gaetan Vanden Bossche didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ove Hökkvist was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 46th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gregorie Kloots was the one to do the kick off. KV Schoonwater were furious when Gaetan Vanden Bossche was red carded, 51 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After 52 played minutes KV Schoonwater got a freekick which was hit by Gaetan Vanden Bossche. Lite Finare Lite Bättre's Ove Hökkvist got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Algot Kvick kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Sven-Åke Askberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jean Van Aerschot made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sven-Åke Askberg in the 66th minute of play. In the 69th minute Charlie Bergsten shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jean Van Aerschot saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of KV Schoonwater booed when Lite Finare Lite Bättre was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sven-Åke Askberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. KV Schoonwater made a substitution. Marc Saelens replaced Wim Theunis.
