In the 38th minute, Timo!'s Faustino Arano ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Saul Väänänen. Saul Väänänen yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-1. In the 45th minute, Manchester United FC's Valio Sammalkangas seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Valio Sammalkangas the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Manchester United FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Valio Sammalkangas had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 44 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Manchester United FC! In the 48th minute, Marcelo Rocio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Saul Väänänen was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mauricio Curcio was the one to do the kick off. In the 54th match minute, Timo! was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benicio Innocenzio to maneuver through the defense. After 56 minutes, Tuukka Wallenius mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Manchester United FC and the Timo! players grew even worse after the yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcelo Rocio in the 65th minute of play forced Manchester United FC's goalkeeper Saul Väänänen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Faustino Arano succeeded in the game's 66th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 5-1. Marcelo Rocio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Saul Väänänen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 70th minute, Terho Ylimäki hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marcelo Rocio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. In the 87th minute Urbano Chorche shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Saul Väänänen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Saul Väänänen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mauricio Curcio, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. The supporters of Manchester United FC booed when Timo! was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benicio Innocenzio didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 95th minute, Rogelio Lope got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A very good chance. 100 minutes into the match, Manchester United FC's goal looked a bit too open when Mauricio Curcio came free, but Saul Väänänen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
