When the match had gone on for 32 minutes, Jörn Söderman took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Iker Balasi to make any attempt to save it. Celestiales's Iker Balasi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jörn Söderman in the 37th minute of play. In the 42nd minute the ball was on its way in behind AC Trollebo's goalkeeper Åke Forss, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

Celestiales's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jörn Söderman was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. After a defensive mix-up in Celestiales's zone, Hugo Askberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Iker Balasi came out of the goal and Hugo Askberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. AC Trollebo had played much better football throughout.
