Melquiades Benino succeeded in the game's 9th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-1. Aleksander Smefeldt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aquiles Oxel in the 11th minute of play. Aleksander Smefeldt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vladimiro Idacio in the 12th minute of the match. Kåre Broman's late challenge caught a All Boys's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Silvio Llin kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Sten Hernström made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, All Boys's Silvio Llin got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Filomeno Maule received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Aleksander Smefeldt came out and tried to block the shot, but Filomeno Maule slotted it home off the left post making it 2-5 in the 98th minute.
