Zelg FC's Holm Felder quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Silvinho de Moraes, made in the 3rd minute of the game. Zelg FC's Feodor Thelen proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to save Zelg FC from getting a goal against them. 10 minutes into the match, Zelg FC's goal looked a bit too open when Fred de Queirós came free, but Feodor Thelen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With an all-out effort, Joinville United - FSCMZ's Feodor Thelen threw himself towards the right post 13 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Guilherme Ponta, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Fred de Queirós hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Feodor Thelen made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Gilmar Tinoco sent off a good shot on target. The crowd rose to their feet as Joinville United - FSCMZ's Gilmar Tinoco slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Feodor Thelen. That made the score 1-0 after 21 minutes of play. Jens Oschwald kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Feodor Thelen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gilmar Tinoco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The throw-in from Silvinho de Moraes in the 28th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Zelg FC's Holm Felder. Claudinei Couto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 32nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Zelg FC's goalkeeper Feodor Thelen, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Enrico Vogt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cauan Arce having to interfere. Through an outstanding action, after 39 minutes, Feodor Thelen successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 41 minutes into the match, Zelg FC's goalkeeper Feodor Thelen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gilmar Tinoco. Hercules Brütsch kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. Gilmar Tinoco took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 48th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Feodor Thelen. Zelg FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When Gilmar Tinoco came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Joinville United - FSCMZ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gilmar Tinoco couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Zelg FC's Albin Meyer got a free kick in the 54th minute. After 55 played minutes Zelg FC got a freekick which was hit by Hannes Gerig. Feodor Thelen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guilherme Ponta in the 64th minute of play forced Zelg FC's goalkeeper Feodor Thelen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 66 minutes into the match, Zelg FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gilmar Tinoco came free, but Feodor Thelen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 69th minute, Gilmar Tinoco got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Joinville United - FSCMZ getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Silvinho de Moraes hit a great ball. Cauan Arce showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hannes Gerig, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Feodor Thelen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gilmar Tinoco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Joinville United - FSCMZ getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Richard Damião hit a great ball. In the 88th minute of the match Lyonel von Reding sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cauan Arce skillfully saved the ball. Feodor Thelen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guilherme Ponta, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. In the 93rd minute, Gilmar Tinoco ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Feodor Thelen was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0.
