The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tomás Quirino stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Serafim Lira didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Edmundo Toscano went, in the 97th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-4 was the resulting score. When the final whistle sounded Espigão Steamrollers left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Jaru-Uaru.
