Leopoldo Dunixi shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. After a defensive mix-up in Hydra's zone, Paulino Hitzeder stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ermegildo Txurio came out of the goal and Paulino Hitzeder tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 19 minutes into the game, Argentinos de Bien's Ezequiel Handi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ermegildo Txurio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 22nd minute, Alfredo Urtsin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 23rd minute Artemio Hermon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aquiles Heli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leopoldo Dunixi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ermegildo Txurio having to interfere. In the 27th minute, Aldo Firmin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rodrigo Garci charged in rather forcefully in the 28th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rodrigo Garci the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Argentinos de Bien booed when Hydra was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rodrigo Garci didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ermegildo Txurio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paulino Hitzeder, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Filiberto Perez scored 0-2 in the 32nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ermegildo Txurio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The crowd rose to their feet as Hydra's Rodrigo Garci slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Aquiles Heli. That made the score 1-2 after 34 minutes of play. Argentinos de Bien's Aquiles Heli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Artemio Hermon in the 40th minute of play. Aldo Firmin's late challenge caught a Hydra's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Aldo Firmin helped the player get up and apologised. Aquiles Heli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Artemio Hermon, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute.
Hydra were awarded a corner in the 52th minute after Argentinos de Bien's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jeremias Llorenc took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Eliseo Oxarra got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Aquiles Heli quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The supporters of Argentinos de Bien booed when Hydra was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jeremias Llorenc didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pablo Gonzales got free with Ermegildo Txurio in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Filiberto Perez hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. 60 minutes into the game, one of Argentinos de Bien:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Hydra a penalty, 61 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Jeremias Llorenc, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Argentinos de Bien's Aquiles Heli. 2-2. After 65 played minutes Argentinos de Bien got a freekick which was hit by Ezequiel Handi. Hydra's Jeronimo Frechoso was substituted for Rodrigo Garci. Hydra's Alfredo Oier was substituted for Remigio Salvator. Ezequiel Handi kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Jeremias Llorenc hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. After 79 minutes of play, Argentinos de Bien's Filiberto Perez made it 2-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ermegildo Txurio was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 85th minute Pablo Gonzales shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ermegildo Txurio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 91st minute, Ezequiel Handi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 96 minutes into the match, Argentinos de Bien's goal looked a bit too open when Jeronimo Frechoso came free, but Aquiles Heli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ermegildo Txurio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pablo Gonzales in the 98th minute of play. The Hydra supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Argentinos de Bien's performance. The match ended with a win for Argentinos de Bien.
