The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 13thth minute of the game Norbert Major who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Zryw Samsonów's Ronnie Gregoire was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Sebastião Xoxe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lukasz Merski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sebastião Xoxe came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by Zryw Samsonów's Lukasz Merski. But to his dismay, Lukasz Merski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. 29 minutes into the match, Pogoń Szczecin's goalkeeper Sebastião Xoxe had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Izydor Radzyminski. Sebastião Xoxe made an important save on a dangerous shot by Roman Bartoszek in the 32nd minute. When the match had gone on for 32 minutes, Anselmo Morera took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Sebastião Xoxe to make any attempt to save it. Pogoń Szczecin's Norbert Major got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 37 minutes into the match, Zryw Samsonów's goal looked a bit too open when Norbert Major came free, but Ronnie Gregoire reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Norbert Major had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ronnie Gregoire showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Norbert Major, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The wind increased when Anselmo Morera made the kick off in the second half. Pogoń Szczecin's Sebastião Xoxe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Izydor Radzyminski in the 56th minute of play. Sebastião Xoxe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anselmo Morera in the 59th minute of the match. Norbert Major recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Lukasz Merski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 65 minutes into the game, Jarbas Nascimento threw the ball into play from the sideline. Pogoń Szczecin's Cezary Jarocewicz quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. The supporters of Zryw Samsonów booed when Pogoń Szczecin was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cezary Jarocewicz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sebastião Xoxe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anselmo Morera in the 68th minute of play. In the 72nd match minute, Zryw Samsonów was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roman Bartoszek to maneuver through the defense. Zryw Samsonów's Marian Kaszubik was substituted for Gareth Kwiatkowski. Zryw Samsonów made a substitution. Bahri Ülmen replaced Izydor Radzyminski. After 73 played minutes Zryw Samsonów got a freekick which was hit by Roman Bartoszek. In the 74th match minute, Zryw Samsonów was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leszek Bielenda to maneuver through the defense. Pogoń Szczecin's Sebastião Xoxe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anselmo Morera in the 78th minute of play. Lukasz Merski made in the 82nd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Bahri Ülmen immediately put the ball in play. Anselmo Morera recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ronnie Gregoire showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Norbert Major, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. In the 87th minute Lukasz Merski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sebastião Xoxe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leszek Bielenda hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Pogoń Szczecin's Sebastião Xoxe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anselmo Morera in the 92nd minute of play. A hard shot 94 in the game by Lucjan Adamowicz from a close distance when the talented Ronnie Gregoire managed to make a qualified save. Zryw Samsonów's players were relieved. It was a well-played corner which Norbert Major managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand.
