The referee ignored Simared -MM-'s protests and gave Damian Stana a yellow card for diving instead. In the 2nd minute, Damian Stana hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 3rd match minute, Simared -MM- was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tiberiu Huștea to maneuver through the defense. Tiberiu Huștea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Claudiu Hațegan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Filip Zamfirescu hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. If Mugurel Magheru had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Laurențiu Almajan fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cetatea Suceava's protests and gave Laurențiu Almajan a yellow card for diving instead. When Matei Humă fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Simared -MM-'s protests and gave Matei Humă a yellow card for diving instead. In the 25thth minute of the game Eusebiu Şimonca who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Simared -MM-'s Cazimir Curteanu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Cetatea Suceava's zone, Mugurel Magheru stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Claudiu Hațegan came out of the goal and Mugurel Magheru tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 31st minute Eusebiu Şimonca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cazimir Curteanu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Cetatea Suceava's Claudiu Hațegan got control of the ball when Mugurel Magheru tried to sneak it across the goal line. Mugurel Magheru charged in rather forcefully in the 34th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mugurel Magheru the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Mugurel Magheru kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. A collision led to Simared -MM- getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Olimpiu Breazu hit a great ball. If Filip Zamfirescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mugurel Magheru in the 41st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Claudiu Hațegan saved Cetatea Suceava from getting behind. Dacian Stârcea hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. Cetatea Suceava's Claudiu Hațegan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save Cetatea Suceava from getting a goal against them. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mugurel Magheru was the one to do the kick off. Filip Zamfirescu hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Dumitru Miron's long shot made the audience stand up and applaude when it rumbled by Claudiu Hațegan on his right side and into the goal. 60 minutes into the game it was 1-0. Augustin Irod received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Cazimir Curteanu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Augustin Irod sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 72 minutes into the match, Cetatea Suceava's goal looked a bit too open when Mugurel Magheru came free, but Claudiu Hațegan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Claudiu Hațegan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mugurel Magheru in the 74th minute of the match. Eusebiu Şimonca could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Cazimir Curteanu made a huge save. In the 78th play minute Eusebiu Şimonca came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Cazimir Curteanu. 1-1. Claudiu Hațegan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mugurel Magheru in the 82nd minute of the match. The supporters of Simared -MM- booed when Cetatea Suceava was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Laurențiu Almajan didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 94 minutes, Augustin Irod managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cetatea Suceava's supporters crossed their fingers, but Augustin Irod was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
