Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Golo Duarte got the match started through his kick off. With his leg Leal Simões managed to avoid a goal in the 5thth minute, when CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land's Aquiles Duarte fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Golo Duarte received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Leal Simões tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 10 minutes of play, CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land's Aquiles Duarte made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Leal Simões was left in no man's land by his defense there! A collision led to CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Golo Duarte hit a great ball. Duarte Duarte made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Francisco Taveira in the 13th minute of play. Francisco Taveira took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Duarte Duarte. Duarte Duarte dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Francisco Taveira's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Duarte Duarte read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. Duarte Duarte didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Paio York went, in the 22nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Portugal's Leal Simões played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aquiles Duarte in the 25th minute of play. Duarte Duarte showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paio York, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Duarte Duarte made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcos Monsanto in the 31st minute of play. In the 35th minute Paio York shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Duarte Duarte saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 36th minute, Ulisses Duarte hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Leal Simões showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Golo Duarte, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. The supporters of Portugal booed when CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rocky Duarte didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rocky Duarte hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Paio York made the kick off in the second half. Paio York could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Duarte Duarte made a huge save. Francisco Taveira could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Duarte Duarte made a huge save. Duarte Duarte made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vicente Madruga in the 62nd minute. Hermenegildo Ventura replaced Francisco Taveira. Portugal's Diogo Vilaverde managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Filinto Ferro in the 80 minute of the game. CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land's Duarte Duarte proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land from getting a goal against them. Paio York's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Duarte Duarte read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 87th minute of play. Paio York scored 1-6 in the 88th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Duarte Duarte, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 92nd minute, Paio York ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Duarte Duarte was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-7. The CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Portugal were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
