Pankracy Glogowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alan Turin in the 13th minute of play. Alan Turin was slow to take the kick. During this time Garrapatita Futbol's players had a chance to rest. The supporters of Garrapatita Futbol booed when Club Atlético Atlanta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eustaquio Jaizki didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half Garrapatita Futbol were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Şevket Çağa to make the kick off. Remigio Erramu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Hermengildo Jaume tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
