But to his dismay, Narciso Dias quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Pankracy Glogowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Narciso Dias in the 13th minute of the match. The supporters of Mayhem Sharks booed when Club Atlético Atlanta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edgard Barros didn't get a good kick on the ball. Wellington de Almeida made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Şevket Çağa in the 19th minute of play. Mayhem Sharks's Paulo José de Souza was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Pankracy Glogowski in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Mayhem Sharks's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ian Moraes in the 24th minute. A nice corner shot did that Ian Moraes got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Pankracy Glogowski quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Narciso Dias fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pankracy Glogowski having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Club Atlético Atlanta's Ciro Ferdinand got a free kick in the 28th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Narciso Dias in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pankracy Glogowski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Club Atlético Atlanta's Edgard Barros got a free kick in the 33rd minute. The supporters of Mayhem Sharks booed when Club Atlético Atlanta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Remigio Erramu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pankracy Glogowski made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Narciso Dias sent off a good shot on target. Pankracy Glogowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Narciso Dias, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 61st minute Osvaldo da Mata shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pankracy Glogowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Narciso Dias came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the Mayhem Sharks fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Narciso Dias couldn't finish the play. Rodolfo Hunfredo charged in rather forcefully in the 76th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down.
