Ambrosio Txurio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Clemente Benvido made a huge save. Clemente Benvido made an important save on a dangerous shot by Casimiro Ieltxu in the 15th minute. Ambrosio Txurio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Clemente Benvido read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 17th minute of play. Canalla Fuego's Clemente Benvido proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Canalla Fuego from getting a goal against them. Luiz Fernando Branco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aristides Villanueva, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Ambrosio Txurio kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Clemente Benvido. That made the score 1-0 in the 28 minute of play. Canalla Fuego's Clemente Benvido proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save Canalla Fuego from getting a goal against them. In the 34th minute, Ambrosio Txurio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SuperChango fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Ambrosio Txurio took the ball and in the 44 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Clemente Benvido. Clemente Benvido dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. Canalla Fuego's Clemente Benvido played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ambrosio Txurio in the 47th minute of play.

Canalla Fuego made a substitution. Carlos Aimar replaced Aristides Villanueva. 55 minutes had been played when some careless play by Canalla Fuego's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Elói Chaves was slow to take the kick. During this time SuperChango's players had a chance to rest. Álvaro Puch made a great header on SuperChango's corner, it was just that Canalla Fuego's Clemente Benvido managed to reach the ball for a save. 68 minutes into the game, SuperChango's Ambrosio Txurio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Clemente Benvido made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. In the 71st minute the ball was on its way in behind Canalla Fuego's goalkeeper Clemente Benvido, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Clemente Benvido came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by SuperChango's Ambrosio Txurio. But to his dismay, Ambrosio Txurio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Carlos Aimar got free with Luiz Fernando Branco in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Canalla Fuego's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Diguinho Paraíba in the 77th minute. Casimiro Ieltxu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Clemente Benvido having to make a save. After a defensive mix-up in SuperChango's zone, Nicolae Honcioiu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Luiz Fernando Branco came out of the goal and Nicolae Honcioiu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Canalla Fuego's Aldo-Pedro Peto was substituted for Ricky Kalischer. The audience was convinced that Ambrosio Txurio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Clemente Benvido was relentless in the 86th minute of the game. Constantino Quilino hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. A collision led to SuperChango getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Salvador Ofelio hit a great ball. Canalla Fuego's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because SuperChango had won, even though Canalla Fuego had held more of the ball.
