The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. With a little luck, F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA's Alejandro Verdu got control of the ball when Renaut Vuerinckx tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA's zone, José Carneiro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alejandro Verdu came out of the goal and José Carneiro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Bubu Denat managed to get in a good position for a shot. F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA's supporters rose to their feet, but Bubu Denat was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bartosz Trzenzalski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Alejandro Verdu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Renaut Vuerinckx in the 12th minute. After 14 played minutes F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA got a freekick which was hit by Marc Vilaplana. Alejandro Verdu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from José Carneiro in the 16th minute of the match. In the 22nd minute, Bubu Denat ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bartosz Trzenzalski was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Bartosz Trzenzalski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bubu Denat in the 29th minute of play. F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA's David Ballester quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Cezary Nalaskowski, made in the 32nd minute of the game. Alejandro Verdu made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Renaut Vuerinckx sent off a good shot on target. 36 minutes into the match, F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA's goal looked a bit too open when Marek Mockiewicz came free, but Alejandro Verdu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bubu Denat to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute of the match F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA got a corner. Ema City's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gonzalo Boye ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Gonzalo Boye got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Bartosz Trzenzalski quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After 53 minutes, Selçuk Özgebay made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA's Alejandro Verdu tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA's Alejandro Verdu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by José Carneiro in the 61st minute of play. After 65 minutes of play, F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA's Bubu Denat made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bartosz Trzenzalski was left in no man's land by his defense there! F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA made a substitution. Marino Ramos replaced Marc Vilaplana. Ema City made a substitution. Qiu Wei Yan replaced Renaut Vuerinckx. 70 minutes into the game, Bubu Denat was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ema City the free kick. After 70 played minutes F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA got a freekick which was hit by Bubu Denat. Ema City's Witold Rybak was substituted for Maciej Parzysz. Bubu Denat hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Selçuk Özgebay in the 75th minute of play forced F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA's goalkeeper Alejandro Verdu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Diego Soñora hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Francesc Pla kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA made a substitution. Joan Puig replaced Antoni Villarroel. In the 82nd match minute, F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Francesc Pla to maneuver through the defense. 83 minutes into the match, F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA's goal looked a bit too open when Qiu Wei Yan came free, but Alejandro Verdu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When F.C. Gonzalo Boye made a great header on F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA's corner, it was just that Ema City's Bartosz Trzenzalski managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 95th minute José Carneiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alejandro Verdu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Chants of F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Ema City had held the ball for most of the match.
