Luan Pombo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Walmir Catarinense having to make a save. In the 25thth minute of the game Rene Aires who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Chinese CJ Youth Academy's David Abad was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Loco De Remate's Walmir Catarinense played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tytus Orling in the 27th minute of play. In the 28th minute Chinese CJ Youth Academy were awarded a corner. Luan Pombo went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Chinese CJ Youth Academy's Luan Pombo to fire away a dangerous shot which Walmir Catarinense despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Walmir Catarinense made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luan Pombo in the 30th minute of play. The supporters of Chinese CJ Youth Academy booed when Loco De Remate was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Luan Pombo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Walmir Catarinense showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tytus Orling in the 53rd minute of the match. David Abad was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Loco De Remate's Clodoveo Christobal was substituted for Rene Aires. In the 84th minute, Clodoveo Christobal ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. David Abad was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. The audience was convinced that Feliciano Iratxo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but David Abad was relentless in the 89th minute of the game. David Abad took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Clodoveo Christobal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Feliciano Iratxo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
