Ernani Oliveira made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Aírton Capixaba sent off a good shot on target. Kléberson Travassos was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 16 minutes into the match. After 16 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Litoral EC - CIMZ! 29 minutes into the match, Marco Dias had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Paulo José Campidelis. Litoral EC - CIMZ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Marco Dias was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. ≮王者归来≯News at 11's attentive Claudinei Domingues managed to snatch the ball when Edmílson Valadares made a throw-in in the 34th minute of the game. 38 minutes into the match, ≮王者归来≯News at 11's goal looked a bit too open when Elias Paulista came free, but Ernani Oliveira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 40 minutes into the game, ≮王者归来≯News at 11's Marco Dias nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Paulo José Campidelis made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. If Elias Paulista had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lester Nygaard made a kick off. After 52 played minutes Litoral EC - CIMZ got a freekick which was hit by Jarbas Aguiar. After recieving a nice pass, ≮王者归来≯News at 11's Cristian Varela tried to score from far away in the 53rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Ernani Oliveira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from João Augusto Linares, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Paulo José Campidelis made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Marco Dias sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Litoral EC - CIMZ's Paulo José Campidelis got control of the ball when Marco Dias tried to sneak it across the goal line. Marco Dias took the ball and in the 65 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Paulo José Campidelis.
