Teodoro Moreno's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sandrinho Sabóia read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 4th minute of play. 5 minutes had been played when some careless play by AF CERRADO's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Siro Rainerio was slow to take the kick. During this time F.Salgado F.C.'s players had a chance to rest. After a rather tough play, AF CERRADO's Kaká Goiano got a free kick in the 7th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Robert Macaneață kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Sandrinho Sabóia. That made the score 1-0 in the 8 minute of play. In the 11th minute, Teodoro Moreno left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The F.Salgado F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Sandrinho Sabóia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teodoro Moreno, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Dawid Dziewulski kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. AF CERRADO's Zé Roberto Matos got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of F.Salgado F.C. booed when AF CERRADO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Richard Travassos didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, AF CERRADO's Thiago Damião got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Sandrinho Sabóia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teodoro Moreno, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sandrinho Sabóia came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by F.Salgado F.C.'s Teodoro Moreno. But to his dismay, Teodoro Moreno quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Sandrinho Sabóia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teodoro Moreno, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. A collision led to F.Salgado F.C. getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Dawid Dziewulski hit a great ball. After 46 played minutes AF CERRADO got a freekick which was hit by Richard Travassos. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Teodoro Moreno made the kick off in the second half. When Clemente Cunha fell near the penalty area in the 50th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored AF CERRADO's protests and gave Clemente Cunha a yellow card for diving instead. 52 minutes into the match, Teodoro Moreno had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sandrinho Sabóia. AF CERRADO's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Teodoro Moreno was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. 56 minutes into the match, Teodoro Moreno notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of AF CERRADO's Sandrinho Sabóia. Sandrinho Sabóia was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Teodoro Moreno took the ball and in the 60 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sandrinho Sabóia. Sandrinho Sabóia dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. In the 63rd minute, Pitin Sánchez made a precise shot to the right of Sandrinho Sabóia. AF CERRADO's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-0. After a defensive mix-up in AF CERRADO's zone, Dawid Dziewulski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sandrinho Sabóia came out of the goal and Dawid Dziewulski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience was convinced that Teodoro Moreno's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sandrinho Sabóia was relentless in the 76th minute of the game. After 84 played minutes AF CERRADO got a freekick which was hit by Richard Travassos. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Teodoro Moreno managed to get in a good position for a shot. F.Salgado F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Teodoro Moreno was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sandrinho Sabóia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Richard Travassos kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. F.Salgado F.C. were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of AF CERRADO for a fine match.
