ITAFUT 4EVER's supporters crossed their fingers, but José Augusto Novaes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Kiko Santos charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. When the match had gone on for 19 minutes, José Augusto Novaes put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Telmo Trigo. Telmo Trigo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Orlando Mineiro in the 25th minute of play. In the 43rdth minute of the game José Augusto Novaes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but A.A. Francana's Telmo Trigo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Orlando Mineiro charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Orlando Mineiro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The A.A. Francana players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. ITAFUT 4EVER were winning 0-3.

The wind increased when João Adolfo Leite made the kick off in the second half. Kiko Santos hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match.
