Godfredo Breogan took the ball and in the 3 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Angelo Ospetsu. Angelo Ospetsu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. 7 minutes into the match, ⲨⲀⲚⲀ's goalkeeper Iker Azubeli had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Severino Jurgi. After some careless play in the ⳊⲀⳐⲀ́ⲤⲦⳔⲤⲞⲊ defense, Godfredo Breogan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Angelo Ospetsu. The ⳊⲀⳐⲀ́ⲤⲦⳔⲤⲞⲊ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Angelo Ospetsu should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Desiderio Montel in the 23rd minute of play forced ⲨⲀⲚⲀ's goalkeeper Iker Azubeli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A well done corner resulted in Federico Rufo drilling the ball in to score 1-2 behind ⲨⲀⲚⲀ's goalkeeper. Marco Bernabel charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Marco Bernabel the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Marco Bernabel kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. In the 32nd minute, Abel Maldonado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With an all-out effort, ⳊⲀⳐⲀ́ⲤⲦⳔⲤⲞⲊ's Iker Azubeli threw himself towards the right post 34 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Desiderio Montel, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Angelo Ospetsu came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by ⲨⲀⲚⲀ's Godfredo Firman. But to his dismay, Godfredo Firman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. Tomas Txatxu succeeded in the game's 41st minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-5. In a very dangerous position, a player in ⲨⲀⲚⲀ fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 44th minute. Penalty! Bruno Quiroga shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. A collision led to ⲨⲀⲚⲀ getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Roberto Walme hit a great ball. Disappointed in the 1-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Desiderio Montel stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute Desiderio Montel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iker Azubeli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpected shot in the 57th minute by Tomas Txatxu got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Iker Azubeli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Desiderio Montel in the 59th minute of play. In the 61st minute, Ciro Rodas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 62nd minute of the match Rodolfo Otsoko sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Iker Azubeli skillfully saved the ball. Angelo Ospetsu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tomas Txatxu in the 65th minute. In a very dangerous position, a player in ⲨⲀⲚⲀ fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 67th minute. Penalty! In the 71st minute, Abel Maldonado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to ⲨⲀⲚⲀ getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Abel Maldonado hit a great ball. After 77 played minutes ⳊⲀⳐⲀ́ⲤⲦⳔⲤⲞⲊ got a freekick which was hit by Marco Bernabel. Godfredo Firman kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. In the 82nd minute Desiderio Montel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iker Azubeli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tomas Txatxu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Godfredo Breogan got free with Angelo Ospetsu in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Iker Azubeli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Severino Jurgi, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. With a little luck, ⳊⲀⳐⲀ́ⲤⲦⳔⲤⲞⲊ's Angelo Ospetsu got control of the ball when Tomas Txatxu tried to sneak it across the goal line. ⲨⲀⲚⲀ's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
