When Severino Jurgi came up free with the goalie in the 2nd minute, the ⳊⲀⳐⲀ́ⲤⲦⳔⲤⲞⲊ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Severino Jurgi couldn't finish the play. Angelo Ospetsu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luisito Caradaro, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. ⳊⲀⳐⲀ́ⲤⲦⳔⲤⲞⲊ's Angelo Ospetsu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luisito Caradaro in the 18th minute of play. Luisito Caradaro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 26th match minute, ⳊⲀⳐⲀ́ⲤⲦⳔⲤⲞⲊ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Severino Jurgi to maneuver through the defense. In the 27th minute of the match Teobaldo Hegoi sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Angelo Ospetsu skillfully saved the ball. In the 33rd minute Paulo Gonzalez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angelo Ospetsu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lorenzo Louis in the 36th minute of play forced ⳊⲀⳐⲀ́ⲤⲦⳔⲤⲞⲊ's goalkeeper Angelo Ospetsu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 37th minute, Paulo Gonzalez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 47 minutes into the match, ⳊⲀⳐⲀ́ⲤⲦⳔⲤⲞⲊ's goal looked a bit too open when Lorenzo Louis came free, but Angelo Ospetsu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Clemente Martino made the kick off in the second half. After 50 played minutes VERΛ got a freekick which was hit by Luisito Caradaro. After 52nd play minutes Clemente Martino shot 1-0, a short shot which went by Delmar Bartoleme and just under the crossbar into goal. VERΛ's Delmar Bartoleme played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Clemente Martino in the 55th minute of play. Lorenzo Louis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Angelo Ospetsu having to interfere. In the 68th minute, Eleuterio Ferdinand hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 69th minute of the match Nunez Figueroa shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Delmar Bartoleme showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. ⳊⲀⳐⲀ́ⲤⲦⳔⲤⲞⲊ's Angelo Ospetsu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luisito Caradaro in the 70th minute of play. Angelo Ospetsu was a little too slow when Luisito Caradaro got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 72nd minute. The score was now 1-1. In the 75th match minute, ⳊⲀⳐⲀ́ⲤⲦⳔⲤⲞⲊ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bruno Quiroga to maneuver through the defense. VERΛ made a substitution. Miguel Gaztea replaced Lorenzo Louis. Eleuterio Ferdinand got in the 79th minute a good position and tried a long shot which to a great surprise passed a very astonished Angelo Ospetsu. This was a shot which ended in a score of 1-2. Luisito Caradaro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 82nd minute of the match, but Angelo Ospetsu made a huge save. In the 84th match minute, VERΛ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Delmiro Batista to maneuver through the defense. In the 85th minute, Clemente Martino got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. ⳊⲀⳐⲀ́ⲤⲦⳔⲤⲞⲊ's Angelo Ospetsu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teobaldo Hegoi in the 87th minute of play. In the 91st minute Teobaldo Hegoi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angelo Ospetsu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as VERΛ's Miguel Gaztea slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Angelo Ospetsu. That made the score 1-3 after 93 minutes of play.
