The Nina fc fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dominik Adamus should have stopped the shot. In the 9th minute, Damaso Sancho left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Congo Bongo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Congo Bongo's Damaso Sancho got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 14th play minute Fulgencio Romildo came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Petre Traian. 1-2.
