Börje Linquist hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. Aşkın Acar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vince Bentham in the 5th minute of play. Ahmet Vefik Pınarbaşı kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. 9 minutes into the game, Teo Elivareo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Aşkın Acar was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Aşkın Acar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Liu Xiong in the 14th minute of the match. With a little luck, SOMA-Anadolu Ateşi's Zbyszko Okraszewski got control of the ball when Servet Bakırcıoğlu tried to sneak it across the goal line. SOMA-Anadolu Ateşi's Fredrik Högberg got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 22nd minute, Gafur Salim left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SOMA-Anadolu Ateşi fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Zbyszko Okraszewski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bogdan Bambas in the 32nd minute of play. 34 minutes into the match, Vince Bentham notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of BaBa Aküü Yook..! 42's Aşkın Acar. Aşkın Acar was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Gafur Salim took the ball and in the 42 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Aşkın Acar. Aşkın Acar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-4.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Teo Elivareo to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Gafur Salim notched a goal, 1-5, to the right of BaBa Aküü Yook..! 42's Aşkın Acar. Aşkın Acar was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The crowd rose to their feet as Teo Elivareo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Aşkın Acar. That made the score 1-6 in the 56 minute of play. Aşkın Acar didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Teo Elivareo went, in the 59th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-7 was the resulting score. In the 69th minute, Gafur Salim ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Aşkın Acar was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-8. Gürsel Durusoy kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. 75 minutes into the game, SOMA-Anadolu Ateşi's Teo Elivareo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Aşkın Acar made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-9. Aşkın Acar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teo Elivareo, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Aşkın Acar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teo Elivareo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Gafur Salim advanced and headed the ball into goal, 1-10 in the 84th minute. In the 87th match minute, BaBa Aküü Yook..! 42 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bogdan Bambas to maneuver through the defense. 88 minutes into the match, BaBa Aküü Yook..! 42's goal looked a bit too open when Teo Elivareo came free, but Aşkın Acar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aşkın Acar was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Vince Bentham showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-11 in the 89 minute of play. When Doğuş Uluöz fell near the penalty area in the 94th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored BaBa Aküü Yook..! 42's protests and gave Doğuş Uluöz a yellow card for diving instead. After 94 played minutes BaBa Aküü Yook..! 42 got a freekick which was hit by Doğuş Uluöz. Teo Elivareo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. SOMA-Anadolu Ateşi played a much better game than BaBa Aküü Yook..! 42 and deserved their victory. The BaBa Aküü Yook..! 42 players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
