If Ziemowit Soroka had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 25th minute, Baturay Seralp hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of BaBa Aküü Yook..! 42 booed when Tarsus İdman Yurdu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bayezit Macit didn't get a good kick on the ball. Erkut Harzemşah made in the 33rd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Tarsus İdman Yurdu's Bayezit Macit. In the 36th minute, Tarsus İdman Yurdu's Ziemowit Soroka dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Ziemowit Soroka sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With a little luck, BaBa Aküü Yook..! 42's Aşkın Acar got control of the ball when Ziemowit Soroka tried to sneak it across the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Servet Bakırcıoğlu in the 42nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Samir Handanovič prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some careless play in the BaBa Aküü Yook..! 42 defense, Ziemowit Soroka kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aşkın Acar. The BaBa Aküü Yook..! 42 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aşkın Acar should have stopped the shot.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ziemowit Soroka made a kick off. Samir Handanovič showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Servet Bakırcıoğlu in the 51st minute of the match. Tarsus İdman Yurdu's Baturay Seralp got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ziemowit Soroka in the 55th minute of play forced BaBa Aküü Yook..! 42's goalkeeper Aşkın Acar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 59 minutes into the game, Ziemowit Soroka cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Aşkın Acar was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ziemowit Soroka might have been able to make a better finish in the 64th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Aşkın Acar. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ziemowit Soroka ran back to his position shaking his head. 64 minutes into the match, BaBa Aküü Yook..! 42's goal looked a bit too open when Ziemowit Soroka came free, but Aşkın Acar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ziemowit Soroka in the 66th minute a chance for a shot on goal. BaBa Aküü Yook..! 42 were awarded a corner in the 68th minute after Tarsus İdman Yurdu's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Börje Linquist took the corner. After 75 played minutes BaBa Aküü Yook..! 42 got a freekick which was hit by Erkut Harzemşah. Bogdan Bambas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Samir Handanovič having to interfere. In the 78th minute, Gürsel Durusoy left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The BaBa Aküü Yook..! 42 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. Tarsus İdman Yurdu's Baturay Seralp managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Veysel Tekke in the 84 minute of the game. In the 86th minute Börje Linquist clashed with another player. He fell to the ground and was in great pain. It was obvious that he couldn't finish the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bayezit Macit during the 86th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Servet Bakırcıoğlu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Samir Handanovič having to interfere. BaBa Aküü Yook..! 42's Aşkın Acar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ziemowit Soroka in the 96th minute of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Tarsus İdman Yurdu fully deserved thier win.
