Silverio Horado was a little too slow when Sven de Zwaan got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 3rd minute. The score was now 1-0. Cornelio Semeno hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Silverio Horado didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sven de Zwaan went, in the 16th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. In the 18th minute, Ichipuca's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Sven de Zwaan fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Silverio Horado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sven de Zwaan in the 21st minute of the match. Sven de Zwaan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Silverio Horado made a huge save. 27 minutes into the match, Ichipuca's goal looked a bit too open when Petruț Fințescu came free, but Silverio Horado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Silverio Horado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eleuterio Milian in the 29th minute of the match. A collision led to Ichipuca getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Basilio Piorno hit a great ball. Argentinos Juniors's Rigoberto Nazario played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paolo Belmiro in the 33rd minute of play. After 35 minutes Argentinos Juniors's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Albano Guter who took care of the corner kick. The supporters of Ichipuca booed when Argentinos Juniors was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Petruț Fințescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Argentinos Juniors's zone, Benedicto Cordearo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rigoberto Nazario came out of the goal and Benedicto Cordearo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 45 minutes into the match, Petruț Fințescu dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Silverio Horado, 5-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 5-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Benedicto Cordearo was the one to do the kick off. Petruț Fințescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. But to his dismay, Sven de Zwaan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. Denis Mero hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. In the 67th minute, Denis Mero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Silverio Horado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Petruț Fințescu in the 70th minute of the match. In the 75th minute Petruț Fințescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silverio Horado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Silverio Horado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sven de Zwaan in the 80th minute of play. Argentinos Juniors had played much better football throughout.
