After a defensive mix-up in Supremacy Catania FC's zone, Ziemowit Puchlik stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bai Kun De came out of the goal and Ziemowit Puchlik tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Emil Kiepski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raimundo Espírito Santo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Emil Kiepski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carter Barillari in the 8th minute of play. Raimundo Espírito Santo might have been able to make a better finish in the 10th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Emil Kiepski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Raimundo Espírito Santo ran back to his position shaking his head. Emil Kiepski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raimundo Espírito Santo in the 10th minute of play. Emil Kiepski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Raimundo Espírito Santo in the 18th minute of the match. Bai Kun De showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Tevez, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Supremacy Catania FC's zone, Alberto Tevez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bai Kun De came out of the goal and Alberto Tevez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Emil Kiepski came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by Supremacy Catania FC's Raimundo Espírito Santo. But to his dismay, Raimundo Espírito Santo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. In the 27th match minute, Supremacy Catania FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dennis Baggio to maneuver through the defense. Supremacy Catania FC's Bai Kun De played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Tevez in the 29th minute of play. Raimundo Espírito Santo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Emil Kiepski having to make a save. Emil Kiepski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Raimundo Espírito Santo in the 32nd minute of the match. After 33 minutes of play, Supremacy Catania FC's Raimundo Espírito Santo made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Emil Kiepski was left in no man's land by his defense there! Emil Kiepski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raimundo Espírito Santo in the 37th minute of play. When FC Kadzidlowen's Alberto Tevez in the 38th minute got a chance for a shot 38th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Supremacy Catania FC's goalie prevented a goal. FC Kadzidlowen's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ziemowit Puchlik in the 39th minute. A nice corner shot did that Jacinto Maria got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Bai Kun De quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After having played for 42 minutes, Raimundo Espírito Santo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Supremacy Catania FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Raimundo Espírito Santo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 46th minute Raimundo Espírito Santo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emil Kiepski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Raimundo Espírito Santo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Supremacy Catania FC's Bai Kun De played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Tevez in the 55th minute of play. Emil Kiepski made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Raimundo Espírito Santo sent off a good shot on target. In the 58th minute, Carter Barillari got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Supremacy Catania FC made a substitution. Rachid Baba Ali Factor replaced Carter Barillari. Raimundo Espírito Santo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. FC Kadzidlowen's Marek Koprowski was substituted for Ziemowit Puchlik. Supremacy Catania FC's Cesare Maestri was substituted for Franco Lizzi. FC Kadzidlowen's Maksymilian Sedzikowski was substituted for Bernie Gauthier. The supporters of FC Kadzidlowen booed when Supremacy Catania FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dave Di Gregorio didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Dave Di Gregorio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Emil Kiepski was relentless in the 74th minute of the game. Emil Kiepski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dave Di Gregorio, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Emil Kiepski made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Dave Di Gregorio sent off a good shot on target. In the 79th match minute, FC Kadzidlowen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Remigiusz Dylla to maneuver through the defense. Dave Di Gregorio might have been able to make a better finish in the 81st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Emil Kiepski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dave Di Gregorio ran back to his position shaking his head. With a little luck, FC Kadzidlowen's Emil Kiepski got control of the ball when Dave Di Gregorio tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 83rd minute Maksymilian Sedzikowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bai Kun De saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the FC Kadzidlowen defense, Dave Di Gregorio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Emil Kiepski. The FC Kadzidlowen fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Emil Kiepski should have stopped the shot. Dave Di Gregorio's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 92ndth minute, Emil Kiepski skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The supporters of Supremacy Catania FC booed when FC Kadzidlowen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Remigiusz Dylla didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dave Di Gregorio who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 94thth minute tested the skills of Emil Kiepski when he managed to save the team from getting behind.
The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Supremacy Catania FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
