But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nivaldo Mascarenhas couldn't finish the play. 11 minutes into the match, VETERANOS DA GUINÉ - FLF's goal looked a bit too open when Iordache Simionaş came free, but Artur Coimbra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 11 minutes into the match, Iordache Simionaş notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of VETERANOS DA GUINÉ - FLF's Artur Coimbra. Artur Coimbra was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Through an outstanding action, after 35 minutes, Artur Coimbra successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 37th minute, VETERANOS DA GUINÉ - FLF's Hipólito Esparteiro seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Hipólito Esparteiro the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of VETERANOS DA GUINÉ - FLF protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Hipólito Esparteiro had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 38 played minutes VETERANOS DA GUINÉ - FLF got a freekick which was hit by Hipólito Esparteiro. Iordache Simionaş struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Artur Coimbra didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for A4p FC Gad. The referee ignored VETERANOS DA GUINÉ - FLF's protests and gave Zeferino Saldanha a yellow card for diving instead. In the 41st minute, Petru Tărău reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Artur Coimbra. The goal made the score 2-1. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Petru Tărău to strike the kick off in the second half. Artur Coimbra stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Petru Tărău's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. After 54 minutes of play, A4p FC Gad's Codrin Dragalina made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Artur Coimbra was left in no man's land by his defense there! Olimpiu Târlea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zeferino Saldanha, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. In the 61st minute Petru Tărău shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Artur Coimbra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Petru Tărău in the 64th minute of play forced VETERANOS DA GUINÉ - FLF's goalkeeper Artur Coimbra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Artur Coimbra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ernest Bianu in the 66th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Petru Tărău in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Artur Coimbra saved VETERANOS DA GUINÉ - FLF from getting behind. Zeferino Saldanha was extremely unlucky when he, in the 70th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. A4p FC Gad made a substitution. Matei Filipoiu replaced Ion Petrică. A4p FC Gad's Liviu Halipa was substituted for Ernest Bianu. Artur Coimbra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Petru Tărău in the 76th minute of play. In the 78th minute, Amável Esparteiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, VETERANOS DA GUINÉ - FLF's Nivaldo Mascarenhas got a free kick in the 79th minute. 80 minutes into the match, A4p FC Gad's Iordache Simionaş sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Artur Coimbra narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Olimpiu Târlea came out of the goal in the 94th minute to try and stop a shot by VETERANOS DA GUINÉ - FLF's Albert Guine. But to his dismay, Albert Guine quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. A4p FC Gad's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
