With a couple of smart ball manuevers Geovanildo Luis in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hudson Gaúcho saved Austra 04 VFC from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Geovanildo Luis's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hudson Gaúcho was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. Hudson Gaúcho yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-5. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marcus Allbäck in the 94th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hudson Gaúcho saved Austra 04 VFC from getting behind. Adhemar Santos took the ball and in the 95 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hudson Gaúcho. Hudson Gaúcho dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Joinville City - FSCMZ eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
