Florian Capasso started the match with the kick off. In the 9th minute Merusca F&P - CIMZ were awarded a corner. Geovani Mangueira went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Merusca F&P - CIMZ's corner Geovani Mangueira fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Reko Nybacka quite easily take care of the ball. Reko Nybacka showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Florian Capasso, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Florian Capasso got free with Reko Nybacka in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Florian Capasso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Reko Nybacka having to interfere. Florian Capasso scored 1-0 in the 20th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Reko Nybacka, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Geovani Mangueira hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Reko Nybacka made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Florian Capasso sent off a good shot on target. If Carlos Alberto Soares had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 39thth minute of the game Carlos Alberto Soares who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Merusca F&P - CIMZ's Mauro-Facundo Buffon was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Carlos Alberto Soares took the ball and in the 41 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mauro-Facundo Buffon. Mauro-Facundo Buffon dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Florian Capasso got free with Reko Nybacka in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Carlos Alberto Soares fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mauro-Facundo Buffon having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The wind increased when Carlos Alberto Soares made the kick off in the second half. Merusca F&P - CIMZ's Florian Capasso got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 65th minute, Carlos Alberto Soares got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Merusca F&P - CIMZ's Fellipe Capixaba was substituted for Marcinho Sabóia. A collision led to Catugi FC getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Walmir Pombal hit a great ball. After 80 played minutes Catugi FC got a freekick which was hit by Walmir Pombal. 85 minutes into the match, Catugi FC's goal looked a bit too open when Rafael Couto came free, but Reko Nybacka reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Reko Nybacka came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by Merusca F&P - CIMZ's Rafael Couto. But to his dismay, Rafael Couto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. But to his dismay, Rafael Couto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. 92 minutes into the match, Merusca F&P - CIMZ's Rafael Couto sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Reko Nybacka narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 95 minutes of play, Merusca F&P - CIMZ's Rafael Couto made it 4-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Reko Nybacka was left in no man's land by his defense there! Catugi FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
