Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Tony Dionísio got the match started through his kick off. In the 8thth minute of the game Florian Capasso who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ROSÁRIO SPORT's Luiz Corrêa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jorge Amaral hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Mauro-Facundo Buffon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tony Dionísio in the 12th minute of play. Luiz Corrêa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Florian Capasso, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. In the 17th minute Tony Dionísio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mauro-Facundo Buffon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mauro-Facundo Buffon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tony Dionísio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Merusca F&P - CIMZ's zone, Tony Dionísio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mauro-Facundo Buffon came out of the goal and Tony Dionísio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Florian Capasso got free with Luiz Corrêa in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tony Dionísio in the 32nd minute of play forced Merusca F&P - CIMZ's goalkeeper Mauro-Facundo Buffon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mauro-Facundo Buffon came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by ROSÁRIO SPORT's Tony Dionísio. But to his dismay, Tony Dionísio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Fellipe Capixaba kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. In the 44th match minute, ROSÁRIO SPORT was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jorge Amaral to maneuver through the defense. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Florian Capasso stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, ROSÁRIO SPORT's Tony Dionísio dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-2. In the 55th minute, ROSÁRIO SPORT's Tony Dionísio ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Mauro-Facundo Buffon. Mauro-Facundo Buffon yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-3. ROSÁRIO SPORT's Luiz Corrêa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Florian Capasso in the 61st minute of play. Tony Dionísio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Luiz Corrêa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Florian Capasso, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Merusca F&P - CIMZ made a substitution. Rafael Couto replaced Florian Capasso. ROSÁRIO SPORT's Dráuzio Camargo was substituted for Sigvard Rosendal. In the 76th minute, Rafael Couto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, ROSÁRIO SPORT's Martin Bautista got a free kick in the 81st minute. Mauro-Facundo Buffon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Noel Silveira in the 86th minute of play. In the 89th minute of the match Merusca F&P - CIMZ got a corner. ROSÁRIO SPORT's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Geovani Mangueira ran over to the corner to take the kick. After 94 minutes of play, Merusca F&P - CIMZ's Rafael Couto made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Luiz Corrêa was left in no man's land by his defense there! ROSÁRIO SPORT were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Merusca F&P - CIMZ's much stronger midfield.
