The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Linus Fredriksson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Linus Fredriksson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marco Queiroz was relentless in the 4th minute of the game. After having played for 5 minutes, Dionisio Panpili managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Marlin FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dionisio Panpili was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 8th minute, Linus Fredriksson made a precise shot to the right of Marco Queiroz. Akashicos's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Marco Queiroz came out of the goal in the 13th minute to try and stop a shot by Marlin FC's Dionisio Panpili. But to his dismay, Dionisio Panpili quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 16th minute, Linus Fredriksson made a precise shot to the right of Marco Queiroz. Akashicos's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Marco Queiroz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aybek Orcun in the 18th minute of play. Aybek Orcun scored 0-4 in the 18th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marco Queiroz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Linus Fredriksson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Marco Queiroz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Linus Fredriksson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marco Queiroz having to interfere. 33 minutes into the game, Marlin FC's Linus Fredriksson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marco Queiroz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. In the 36th minute, Linus Fredriksson made a precise shot to the right of Marco Queiroz. Akashicos's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-6. After a rather tough play, Marlin FC's Linus Fredriksson got a free kick in the 39th minute. In the 42nd minute, Dionisio Panpili left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Marlin FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-7. When the match clock showed 45 minutes, the score became 0-8 when Linus Fredriksson sped through Akashicos's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Marco Queiroz.

51 minutes into the match, Dionisio Panpili had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marco Queiroz. Akashicos's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dionisio Panpili was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-9. After a rather tough play, Akashicos's Cristiano Severo got a free kick in the 55th minute. Marlin FC's Ismael Iglesias was substituted for Reynaldo Duarte. Cristiano Severo hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. When Linus Fredriksson came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Marlin FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Linus Fredriksson couldn't finish the play. Linus Fredriksson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 64 minutes of play, Marlin FC's Santiago Cachorro made it 0-10 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marco Queiroz was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 66th minute, Yin Yang made a precise shot to the right of Marco Queiroz. Akashicos's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-11. Linus Fredriksson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Linus Fredriksson had several of the Akashicos's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 74 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-13 score and a disappointed Marco Queiroz as he didn't even see the shot coming. Linus Fredriksson struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Marco Queiroz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Marlin FC. In the 81st minute, Santiago Cachorro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Ismael Iglesias came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Marlin FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ismael Iglesias couldn't finish the play. The Akashicos fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Marlin FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
