Linus Fredriksson started the match with the kick off. Juan Carlos Alvarez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabiano Maranhense in the 3rd minute of the match. Reko Nybacka took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aybek Orcun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aybek Orcun who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 7thth minute tested the skills of Reko Nybacka when he managed to save the team from getting behind. With a little luck, Catugi FC's Reko Nybacka got control of the ball when Yin Yang tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dionisio Panpili in the 13th minute of play forced Catugi FC's goalkeeper Reko Nybacka to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Reko Nybacka made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aybek Orcun in the 16th minute of play. Reko Nybacka made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Yin Yang sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Linus Fredriksson got free with Reko Nybacka in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 21 minutes of play, Marlin FC's Linus Fredriksson made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Reko Nybacka was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jaime França hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. The long shot by Aybek Orcun in the 25th minute really tested Reko Nybacka's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. After 27 played minutes Catugi FC got a freekick which was hit by Miguel Pimenta. In the 29th minute Fermin Arixo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Reko Nybacka saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 33 minutes into the match, Dionisio Panpili dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Reko Nybacka, 3-0. Walmir Pombal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Juan Carlos Alvarez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Reko Nybacka made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dionisio Panpili in the 39th minute of play. 40 minutes into the match, Catugi FC's goal looked a bit too open when Dionisio Panpili came free, but Reko Nybacka reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Walmir Pombal to strike the kick off in the second half. Reko Nybacka showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dionisio Panpili, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aybek Orcun in the 55th minute of play forced Catugi FC's goalkeeper Reko Nybacka to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 57 minutes into the match, Catugi FC's goal looked a bit too open when Yin Yang came free, but Reko Nybacka reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Reko Nybacka showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yin Yang in the 59th minute of the match. 61 minutes into the match, Aybek Orcun notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Catugi FC's Reko Nybacka. Reko Nybacka was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some careless play in the Catugi FC defense, Yin Yang kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Reko Nybacka. The Catugi FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Reko Nybacka should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Linus Fredriksson in the 72nd minute of play forced Catugi FC's goalkeeper Reko Nybacka to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 73rd minute, Dionisio Panpili ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Reko Nybacka was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. Reko Nybacka showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yin Yang in the 78th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yin Yang in the 82nd minute of play forced Catugi FC's goalkeeper Reko Nybacka to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Catugi FC's Reko Nybacka played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yin Yang in the 82nd minute of play. After 83 minutes Catugi FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ismael Iglesias who took care of the corner kick. After 88 minutes of play, Marlin FC's Yin Yang made it 7-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Reko Nybacka was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 93 played minutes Marlin FC got a freekick which was hit by Aybek Orcun. The long shot by Vicente Valladares in the 94th minute really tested Juan Carlos Alvarez's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. There was no doubt that Marlin FC were the better team. Marlin FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
