Luiz Corrêa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aybek Orcun in the 16th minute of the match. Douglas Basso struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Juan Carlos Alvarez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ROSÁRIO SPORT. ROSÁRIO SPORT were awarded a corner in the 36th minute after Marlin FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Dean Harvey took the corner. The corner led ROSÁRIO SPORT's Dean Harvey to fire away a dangerous shot which Juan Carlos Alvarez despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 38 minutes into the match, Yin Yang dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Luiz Corrêa, 1-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Douglas Basso in the 42nd minute of play forced Marlin FC's goalkeeper Juan Carlos Alvarez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 45th minute Aybek Orcun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luiz Corrêa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half ROSÁRIO SPORT were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

After 79 minutes of play, Marlin FC's Aybek Orcun made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Luiz Corrêa was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 83rd minute Yin Yang shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luiz Corrêa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
