In the 20th match minute, Vila Zumbi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kang Fan Xiang to maneuver through the defense. Antoni Beninda stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Henrique Borges's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. Baldomero Hermon hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Antoni Beninda took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Henrique Borges, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 32 played minutes Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ got a freekick which was hit by Pedro Geromel. 36 minutes into the match, Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ's goalkeeper Hansjörg Wastl had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Maciej Marchlewicz. The crowd rose to their feet as Vila Zumbi's Dadá Maravilha slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Hansjörg Wastl. That made the score 1-1 after 38 minutes of play. If Baldomero Hermon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vila Zumbi's Antoni Beninda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henrique Borges in the 46th minute of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Vila Zumbi's Gigel Tofan managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Ionuț Hârlău in the 52 minute of the game. Henrique Borges could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Antoni Beninda made a huge save. Antoni Beninda was out of position in the 56 minute of play, and Henrique Borges capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Henrique Borges really showed his touch with that goal: 1-2. After 62 played minutes Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ got a freekick which was hit by Ionuț Hârlău. In the 63rd minute Maciej Marchlewicz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hansjörg Wastl saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Dadá Maravilha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 72 minutes had been played when some careless play by Vila Zumbi's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Naldo Valladares was slow to take the kick. During this time Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ's players had a chance to rest. A collision led to Vila Zumbi getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Gildo Seco hit a great ball. Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ's Valdemar Tepedino was substituted for Felippe Pitta. Gildo Seco kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. Antoni Beninda was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Hayri Pitirimov showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-4 in the 92 minute of play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
