It was Wang Hai who took care of the corner kick. 15 minutes into the game, Amboy FC's Mario Alberto Abascal nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Paredes Fortes made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. If Ruperto Modestio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 19th minute Valerio Spadoni shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paredes Fortes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Paredes Fortes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ruperto Modestio in the 21st minute. Paredes Fortes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valerio Spadoni, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The corner led to Amboy FC's Ruperto Modestio getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. 36 minutes into the match, AKI CORINTHIANS's goalkeeper Paredes Fortes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ruperto Modestio. Paredes Fortes made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Valerio Spadoni sent off a good shot on target. In the 39thth minute of the game Valerio Spadoni who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but AKI CORINTHIANS's Paredes Fortes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Valerio Spadoni in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Paredes Fortes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ciro Brasil stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Shi Sha Quan in the 53rd minute of play forced AKI CORINTHIANS's goalkeeper Paredes Fortes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 54 minutes into the match, Valerio Spadoni had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Paredes Fortes. AKI CORINTHIANS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Valerio Spadoni was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. A beautiful save bye AKI CORINTHIANS's goalie prevented a goal. In the 94thth minute of the game Héctor-Raul Manenti Fontán who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but AKI CORINTHIANS's Paredes Fortes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Mario Alberto Abascal struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Paredes Fortes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Amboy FC. AKI CORINTHIANS's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
