Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ's Paolo Argi managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Gonçalo da Silveira in the 5 minute of the game. Henrique Borges's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Paredes Fortes read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 6th minute of play. AKI CORINTHIANS's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Henrique Borges 6 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ's Henrique Borges got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Henrique Borges fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paredes Fortes having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ's Henrique Borges slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Paredes Fortes. That made the score 4-0 after 25 minutes of play. Paredes Fortes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Henrique Borges in the 29th minute of the match. Paredes Fortes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Henrique Borges in the 32nd minute. Paredes Fortes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Baldomero Hermon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 39 minutes, Henrique Borges took a quick shot and it went in 5-0 without a chance for Paredes Fortes to make any attempt to save it. A collision led to Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Paolo Argi hit a great ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Henrique Borges stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Paredes Fortes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Henrique Borges, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. 51 minutes into the match, Henrique Borges had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Paredes Fortes. AKI CORINTHIANS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Henrique Borges was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ's Edu Carvalho was substituted for Henrique Borges. After a rather tough play, Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ's Paolo Argi got a free kick in the 58th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Albino Ibar in the 59th minute of play forced Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ's goalkeeper Hansjörg Wastl to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edu Carvalho in the 65th minute of play forced AKI CORINTHIANS's goalkeeper Paredes Fortes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Albino Ibar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Paredes Fortes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edu Carvalho, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. 71 minutes into the game, Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ's Edu Carvalho nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Paredes Fortes made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ's Edu Carvalho got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Edu Carvalho might have been able to make a better finish in the 76th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Paredes Fortes. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Edu Carvalho ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 76th minute Edu Carvalho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paredes Fortes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Paredes Fortes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edu Carvalho in the 78th minute of the match. In the 79th match minute, AKI CORINTHIANS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juan Custódio to maneuver through the defense. Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ made a substitution. Emiel Desmet replaced Naldo Valladares. Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ's Valdemar Tepedino was substituted for Felippe Pitta. After 80 played minutes AKI CORINTHIANS got a freekick which was hit by Juan Custódio. In the 84th minute, Edu Carvalho left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 8-0. Valdemar Tepedino hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. AKI CORINTHIANS's Albino Ibar got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Paredes Fortes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edu Carvalho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hayri Pitirimov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 95 minutes into the match, Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ's Baldomero Hermon sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Paredes Fortes narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The corner ended in Ionuț Hârlău almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but AKI CORINTHIANS's Paredes Fortes did a great save. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ fans cheered their team off the field, for while AKI CORINTHIANS had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
