Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Stamen Tekeliev took the kick off in the first half of the match. The supporters of Montevideo City Torque booed when Playa Malvín was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sandu Mândrilă didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zé Roberto Teixeira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guillelme Lomas in the 5th minute of play. Guillelme Lomas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Zé Roberto Teixeira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zé Roberto Teixeira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Agustín Álvarez in the 12th minute of play. Montevideo City Torque were awarded a corner in the 13th minute after Playa Malvín's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ospetsu Villarmerin took the corner. 14 minutes into the match, Playa Malvín's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Leizaur came free, but Zé Roberto Teixeira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Playa Malvín's Zé Roberto Teixeira proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save Playa Malvín from getting a goal against them. Stelian Murgu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 19 minutes in the game Alkestis Papadopulos did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Ticho Covarrubias. A hard shot 20 in the game by Agustín Álvarez from a close distance when the talented Zé Roberto Teixeira managed to make a qualified save. Playa Malvín's players were relieved. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stamen Tekeliev in the 26th minute of play forced Montevideo City Torque's goalkeeper Christophe Troxler to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 31 played minutes Montevideo City Torque got a freekick which was hit by Alkestis Papadopulos. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fausto Jayaga in the 33rd minute of play forced Montevideo City Torque's goalkeeper Christophe Troxler to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 40 minutes Montevideo City Torque's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Stelian Murgu who took care of the corner kick. Constantijn De Hond made a great header on Playa Malvín's corner, it was just that Montevideo City Torque's Christophe Troxler managed to reach the ball for a save. Sandu Mândrilă kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Agustín Álvarez stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guillelme Lomas in the 52nd minute of play forced Playa Malvín's goalkeeper Zé Roberto Teixeira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 54 minutes into the game, Alkestis Papadopulos threw the ball into play from the sideline. Playa Malvín's Stelian Murgu quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Stelian Murgu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Christophe Troxler having to make a save. Zé Roberto Teixeira stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Agustín Álvarez's shot from short distance in the 60th minute. Playa Malvín's Josu Onez was substituted for Sandu Mândrilă. Montevideo City Torque's Reuben Meade was substituted for Agustín Álvarez. 73 minutes into the match, Quinto Ampudia notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Montevideo City Torque's Christophe Troxler. Christophe Troxler was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Christophe Troxler showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Quinto Ampudia, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. In the 84th match minute, Montevideo City Torque was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benito Gallegos to maneuver through the defense. Montevideo City Torque's Christophe Troxler played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Quinto Ampudia in the 86th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Quinto Ampudia in the 94th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Christophe Troxler saved Montevideo City Torque from getting behind. 95 minutes into the match, Montevideo City Torque's goal looked a bit too open when Quinto Ampudia came free, but Christophe Troxler reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Playa Malvín supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Playa Malvín would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
