Soc. Rodo's goal looked a bit too open when Ceyhan Celvet came free, but Jeremy Avellana reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ceyhan Celvet scored 1-0 in the 10th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jeremy Avellana, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jeremy Avellana showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ceyhan Celvet, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Danilo Mendonça kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Jeremy Avellana made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ceyhan Celvet in the 25th minute of play. Ceyhan Celvet might have been able to make a better finish in the 31st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jeremy Avellana. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ceyhan Celvet ran back to his position shaking his head. If Ceyhan Celvet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jeremy Avellana showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ceyhan Celvet in the 37th minute of the match. 43 minutes into the match, Ceyhan Celvet dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jeremy Avellana, 2-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Anthon Öberg to make the kick off. The supporters of Golden Dragón F.C booed when Club Dep. Soc. Rodo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anthon Öberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. 55 minutes into the match, Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's goal looked a bit too open when Ceyhan Celvet came free, but Jeremy Avellana reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Selim Mićić in the 59th minute of play forced Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's goalkeeper Jeremy Avellana to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 65th minute Dario Betzanos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jeremy Avellana saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Golden Dragón F.C's Xamo Melic was substituted for Selim Mićić. For all the effort they put into the match, the Club Dep. Soc. Rodo players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Golden Dragón F.C.
