Spectators: 37 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Radomil Mietus started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Raimundo Feliu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Radomil Mietus in the 4th minute of play. In the 8th minute Josemir Lujambio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pastor Firman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pastor Firman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Josemir Lujambio in the 10th minute of play. In the 11th minute Atlético Argentino were awarded a corner. Eufemio Yabbarov went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Atlético Argentino's corner J.J Huge fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Pastor Firman quite easily take care of the ball. Samuel Medero made in the 14th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Arnold Ponk immediately put the ball in play. Josemir Lujambio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 19 minutes into the match, Club Sportivo Quilmes's goalkeeper Pastor Firman had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Josemir Lujambio. When the match had gone on for 21 minutes, Josemir Lujambio took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Pastor Firman to make any attempt to save it. Pastor Firman made an important save on a dangerous shot by Josemir Lujambio in the 26th minute. Pastor Firman was a little too slow when Josemir Lujambio got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 28th minute. The score was now 2-0. Atlético Argentino's Raimundo Feliu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Radomil Mietus in the 30th minute of play. In the 36th minute, Josemir Lujambio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Club Sportivo Quilmes's Sebastian Verón got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 44th minute Radomil Mietus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raimundo Feliu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Josemir Lujambio made the kick off in the second half. After 51 played minutes Club Sportivo Quilmes got a freekick which was hit by Waldemar Przybylo. A collision led to Club Sportivo Quilmes getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Waldemar Przybylo hit a great ball. Pastor Firman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Josemir Lujambio in the 53rd minute of the match. In the 55th minute Josemir Lujambio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pastor Firman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Atlético Argentino made a substitution. Ennu Krae replaced Pastor Nofre. 62 minutes into the game, Silverio Chuan threw the ball into play from the sideline. Atlético Argentino's Horaţiu Dudău quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Josemir Lujambio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Pastor Firman having to make a save. In the 65th minute, Ludomir Witkowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The throw-in from J.J Huge in the 74th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Club Sportivo Quilmes's Qu Xuan Yang. Raimundo Feliu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from David Oihan in the 75th minute of the match. In the 79th minute, Ennu Krae ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pastor Firman was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Josemir Lujambio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Pastor Firman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Josemir Lujambio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Atlético Argentino's J.J Huge quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Ludomir Witkowski, made in the 88th minute of the game. In the 89th minute Ennu Krae shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pastor Firman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pastor Firman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ennu Krae, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pastor Firman came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Atlético Argentino's Josemir Lujambio. But to his dismay, Josemir Lujambio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Atlético Argentino's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
