Frits Frang might have been able to make a better finish in the 23rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bernardo Raggio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Frits Frang ran back to his position shaking his head. Judas Verón struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Cauan Carvalho didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Belgrano de Pibasog. The crowd rose to their feet as Judas Verón kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Cauan Carvalho. That made the score 1-0 in the 26 minute of play. Bernardo Raggio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from José San Martín went, in the 29th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Bernardo Raggio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Delfim Araújo in the 33rd minute of play. In the 53rd minute the ball was on its way in behind ALMA GUERREIRA's goalkeeper Cauan Carvalho, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Delfim Araújo got free with Bernardo Raggio in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Belgrano de Pibasog's Bernardo Raggio got control of the ball when Delfim Araújo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Cauan Carvalho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Judas Verón in the 63rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by José San Martín in the 73rd minute of play forced Belgrano de Pibasog's goalkeeper Bernardo Raggio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 74th minute, Judas Verón ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cauan Carvalho was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. 77 minutes into the match, Belgrano de Pibasog's Judas Verón sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cauan Carvalho narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Iulian Ilinca came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Belgrano de Pibasog fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Iulian Ilinca couldn't finish the play. 86 minutes into the match, Belgrano de Pibasog's goal looked a bit too open when Wilson da Rocha came free, but Bernardo Raggio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Iulian Ilinca's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cauan Carvalho read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 87th minute of play. Belgrano de Pibasog's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Eustaquio Fortun in the 88th minute. Belgrano de Pibasog's Eustaquio Fortun was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Cauan Carvalho in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 90 minutes into the match, Belgrano de Pibasog's goal looked a bit too open when José San Martín came free, but Bernardo Raggio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
