Melquiades Maura showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benjamin Cambranes, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Daniel Turi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Desfachatados F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Daniel Turi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Melquiades Maura breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 16th minute, one of Chuscha FC - Ψ -:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Chuscha FC - Ψ -. Melquiades Maura had in the 18thth minute some difficulties stopping Gilberto Admon's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Desfachatados F.C.'s Esteve Pello proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save Desfachatados F.C. from getting a goal against them. In the 28th match minute, Chuscha FC - Ψ - was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cecilio Orlondon to maneuver through the defense. Eduardo Xabel charged in rather forcefully in the 88th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eduardo Xabel the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Eduardo Xabel kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. Esteve Pello showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Barrios in the 95th minute of the match. The Desfachatados F.C. supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Desfachatados F.C. would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
