An unexpectedly hard shot by Luca Langoni in the 5th minute of play forced Simbo FC's goalkeeper Octavio Lauaxeta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 6 minutes, Marcial Belasko mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Simbo FC and the RB Chubut players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Simbo FC's Marcial Belasko got a free kick in the 7th minute. 9 minutes into the match, RB Chubut's goal looked a bit too open when Elias Palos came free, but Dalmacio Olivar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 15 minutes, Jonas Brion managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Simbo FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jonas Brion was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 19 played minutes Simbo FC got a freekick which was hit by Segundo Neron. A hard shot 20 in the game by Luca Langoni from a close distance when the talented Octavio Lauaxeta managed to make a qualified save. Simbo FC's players were relieved. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Jonas Brion managed to get in a good position for a shot. Simbo FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Jonas Brion was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dalmacio Olivar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Octavio Lauaxeta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luca Langoni in the 37th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as RB Chubut's Rodrigo Palacio slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Octavio Lauaxeta. That made the score 1-0 after 37 minutes of play. 45 minutes into the match, RB Chubut's goal looked a bit too open when Jonas Brion came free, but Dalmacio Olivar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Jonas Brion made the kick off in the second half. Dalmacio Olivar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Elias Palos in the 51st minute. 65 minutes into the game, Marcial Belasko cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Dalmacio Olivar was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Simbo FC's Gervasio Matei was substituted for Iker Oskarbi. Octavio Lauaxeta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luca Langoni, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to RB Chubut getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Freddy Mambru hit a great ball. Dalmacio Olivar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elias Palos, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. The supporters of RB Chubut booed when Simbo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonas Brion didn't get a good kick on the ball. Octavio Lauaxeta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luca Langoni in the 80th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jonas Brion in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dalmacio Olivar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, RB Chubut's Luca Langoni got a free kick in the 93rd minute. The supporters of Simbo FC booed when RB Chubut was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gervasio Quintun didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elias Palos in the 95th minute of play forced RB Chubut's goalkeeper Dalmacio Olivar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. RB Chubut's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
