Generoso Tauro got a throw-in 39 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Jonas Remicio. The supporters of SuperChango booed when Amapola was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ignacio Ganix didn't get a good kick on the ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Amapola's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Florencio Rioja was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. 77 minutes into the match, Amapola's goal looked a bit too open when Florencio Rioja came free, but Gaspar Firme reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gaspar Firme made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Florencio Rioja in the 81st minute of play. After a rather tough play, SuperChango's Haroldo Abilio got a free kick in the 85th minute. 89 minutes into the match, Florencio Rioja notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Amapola's Gaspar Firme. Gaspar Firme was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Florencio Rioja fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gaspar Firme having to interfere.
