Venancio Bras kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Alzaga FC's Fabricio Bustos got a free kick in the 28th minute. Martin Indartsu took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alonzo Benet. Alonzo Benet dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. In the 35th minute Xherdan Shaqiri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Conan Ledesma saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Natalio Elivareo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.
