The referee ignored Marlin FC's protests and gave Fabian Bazil a yellow card for diving instead. Marlin FC's Casimiro Gonzales pulled a muscle in his back after 7 minutes and couldn't finish the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Paolo Gombal during the 7th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Asesinos Por Naturaleza's Lino Ciano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfonso Pudes in the 13th minute of play. Lino Ciano came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by Marlin FC's Florentino Esiquio. But to his dismay, Florentino Esiquio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. After 24 minutes, Domingo Hernando mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Asesinos Por Naturaleza and the Marlin FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Asesinos Por Naturaleza getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Domingo Hernando hit a great ball. After having played for 27 minutes, Alfonso Pudes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Marlin FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alfonso Pudes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lino Ciano was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Gregorio Loi showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-1 in the 29 minute of play. The audience was convinced that Gregorio Loi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lino Ciano was relentless in the 35th minute of the game. In the 37th minute Paolo Gombal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Timoteo Evis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Timoteo Evis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paolo Gombal in the 39th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Gregorio Loi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lino Ciano was relentless in the 40th minute of the game. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

The wind increased when Gregorio Loi made the kick off in the second half. In the 50th minute, Luis Ospetsu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lino Ciano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gregorio Loi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 54 minutes into the game, Alfonso Pudes cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Lino Ciano was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 64 minutes into the match, Asesinos Por Naturaleza's goal looked a bit too open when Gregorio Loi came free, but Lino Ciano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Paolo Gombal scored 4-3 in the 66th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Timoteo Evis, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 73 minutes into the match, Marlin FC's goal looked a bit too open when Paolo Gombal came free, but Timoteo Evis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Anier Sazon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lino Ciano having to interfere. In the 80th match minute, Marlin FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabian Bazil to maneuver through the defense. Isidro Sasoin received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Timoteo Evis came out and tried to block the shot, but Isidro Sasoin slotted it home off the left post making it 4-4 in the 84th minute. 90 minutes into the match, Florentino Esiquio notched a goal, 5-4, to the right of Asesinos Por Naturaleza's Lino Ciano. Lino Ciano was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some careless play in the Asesinos Por Naturaleza defense, Florentino Esiquio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lino Ciano. The Asesinos Por Naturaleza fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lino Ciano should have stopped the shot. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Marlin FC had won after a very even match.
