In the 2nd match minute, Menchu FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edelmiro Clodio to maneuver through the defense. Serafino Aguilera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paolo Fernendo in the 3rd minute of play. A collision led to Menchu FC getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Edelmiro Clodio hit a great ball. Serafino Aguilera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Baldomiro Elizardo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cris Romero took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 11th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Serafino Aguilera. Menchu FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 21 minutes into the match, Alejandro Hanot notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Menchu FC's Serafino Aguilera. Serafino Aguilera was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Baldomiro Elizardo in the 24th minute of play forced Menchu FC's goalkeeper Serafino Aguilera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Menchu FC's Serafino Aguilera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Angelo Di María in the 31st minute of play. In the 34th minute of the match Jarana FC got a corner. Menchu FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Paolo Fernendo ran over to the corner to take the kick. Jarana FC's Gervasio Oier proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save Jarana FC from getting a goal against them. In the 41stth minute of the game Angelo Di María who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Menchu FC's Serafino Aguilera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 42nd minute, Siro Eufemio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Serafino Aguilera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Baldomiro Elizardo in the 46th minute of the match. Saul Valerio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Serafino Aguilera read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 48th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Baldomiro Elizardo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miguel Txaran in the 59th minute of play forced Menchu FC's goalkeeper Serafino Aguilera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 62nd minute, Jarana FC's Angelo Di María dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-3. Alejandro Hanot could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Serafino Aguilera made a huge save. 68 minutes into the game, Jarana FC's Baldomiro Elizardo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Serafino Aguilera made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. Serafino Aguilera made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Baldomiro Elizardo sent off a good shot on target. Romulo Chucho scored 1-4 in the 76th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gervasio Oier, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Jarana FC booed when Menchu FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Siro Eufemio didn't get a good kick on the ball.
