A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After 19 played minutes Menchu FC got a freekick which was hit by Braulio Dominix. Christian Amaya tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 27 minutes into the game, Menchu FC's Edgard Baldovino nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Christian Amaya made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Serafino Aguilera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jose Muno in the 31st minute of the match. Unidad de Matanza's Gerardo Inko got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 91 minutes, Jose Muno managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Unidad de Matanza's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jose Muno was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isidro Fero in the 93rd minute of play forced Menchu FC's goalkeeper Serafino Aguilera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
