When Vanadio F.C.'s Lorencio Erosa in the 3rd minute got a chance for a shot 3rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye PS Banyuwangi's goalie prevented a goal. 5 minutes into the match, Lorencio Erosa notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of PS Banyuwangi's Sirod Simanungkalit. Sirod Simanungkalit was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Vanadio F.C.'s Jakobe Castañeda got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lorencio Erosa in the 15th minute of play forced PS Banyuwangi's goalkeeper Sirod Simanungkalit to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mathias Supriatna hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. In the 21st minute of the match Xuoco Bultes shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sirod Simanungkalit showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 21 minutes, Rio Wijanarko mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the PS Banyuwangi and the Vanadio F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to PS Banyuwangi getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Rio Wijanarko hit a great ball. In the 24th match minute, PS Banyuwangi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rendy Arisandy to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lorencio Erosa in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sirod Simanungkalit prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Sirod Simanungkalit took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rameriz Cando, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 41st minute Lorencio Erosa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sirod Simanungkalit saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sirod Simanungkalit came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by Vanadio F.C.'s Rameriz Cando. But to his dismay, Rameriz Cando quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Rendy Arisandy got his second yellow card in the match during the 47th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Rendy Arisandy hit a great freekick 48 minutes into the match.

The wind increased when Lorencio Erosa made the kick off in the second half. Lorencio Erosas short, quick shot in the 56thth minute got Sirod Simanungkalit to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 56th minute, Rio Wijanarko hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 59th match minute, PS Banyuwangi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sapardi Prayoga to maneuver through the defense. Jakobe Castañeda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Sirod Simanungkalit tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 66 minutes into the game, Agil Tambunan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. PS Banyuwangi's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Vanadio F.C. the free kick. After 66 played minutes PS Banyuwangi got a freekick which was hit by Agil Tambunan. In the 67th minute of the match, Lorencio Erosa got a very nice opportunity to score, but Sirod Simanungkalit was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Sirod Simanungkalit took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jakobe Castañeda, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sirod Simanungkalit made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jakobe Castañeda in the 72nd minute of play. 73 minutes had been played when some careless play by PS Banyuwangi's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Xuoco Bultes was slow to take the kick. During this time Vanadio F.C.'s players had a chance to rest. Mathias Supriatna hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Vanadio F.C.'s Perpinya Tirado was substituted for Laurendi Quejo. After a rather tough play, PS Banyuwangi's Mathias Supriatna got a free kick in the 77th minute. Jakobe Castañeda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Sirod Simanungkalit tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Esteban Aleson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Osin Laksono, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rameriz Cando got free with Sirod Simanungkalit in the 86th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Sirod Simanungkalit was out of position in the 87 minute of play, and Rameriz Cando capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Rameriz Cando really showed his touch with that goal: 0-4. During the 91st minute of the match Agil Tambunan completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Agil Tambunan a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 91st minute, Agil Tambunan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Xuoco Bultes, 92 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. With a little luck, PS Banyuwangi's Sirod Simanungkalit got control of the ball when Rameriz Cando tried to sneak it across the goal line. PS Banyuwangi's Sirod Simanungkalit proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save PS Banyuwangi from getting a goal against them. Sirod Simanungkalit took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lorencio Erosa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Jakobe Castañeda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 99th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the final whistle sounded Vanadio F.C. left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than PS Banyuwangi.
