After having played for 19 minutes, Fabian Smolarek managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Modlau's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fabian Smolarek was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Nilmar Gaspar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lukasz Traczewski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adriano Tepedino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dorian Koehler showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ronaldo-Luís Nazário De Lima, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. In the 30th minute, Elder Arantes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dorian Veloso kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. After 39 played minutes, Modlau's Walery Rekawiczka shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Dorian Koehler came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Modlau reached it. 43 minutes into the match, E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's goal looked a bit too open when Waldemar Borcz came free, but Dorian Koehler reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 47 minutes, Lukasz Traczewski successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The supporters of Modlau booed when E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 50 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nilmar Gaspar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dorian Koehler showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ronaldo-Luís Nazário De Lima in the 54th minute of the match. Zlatin Ibrahimović received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Dorian Koehler came out and tried to block the shot, but Zlatin Ibrahimović slotted it home off the left post making it 0-1 in the 54th minute. In the 58th minute, Ronaldo-Luís Nazário De Lima left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Modlau fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Zlatin Ibrahimović scored 0-3 in the 61st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dorian Koehler, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Dorian Koehler didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ronaldo-Luís Nazário De Lima went, in the 67th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's defense didn't have a chance, in the 72nd minute, when Zlatin Ibrahimović scored to the left of an out of position Dorian Koehler, making the score, 0-5. In the 75th minute, Radowit Mondrowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 77th match minute, E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elias Camargo to maneuver through the defense. Ronaldo-Luís Nazário De Lima could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Dorian Koehler made a huge save. Dorian Koehler made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Walery Rekawiczka sent off a good shot on target. Christiano de Senna hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Zlatin Ibrahimović recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nilmar Gaspar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Zlatin Ibrahimović fell near the penalty area in the 92nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Modlau's protests and gave Zlatin Ibrahimović a yellow card for diving instead. In the 92nd match minute, Modlau was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zlatin Ibrahimović to maneuver through the defense. In the 95th minute, Modlau's Ronaldo-Luís Nazário De Lima ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Dorian Koehler. Dorian Koehler yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-6. When the match was over Modlau could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE throughout the match.
