Basmane Texas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gürsel Aksel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Gocław Wilga Warszawa's Hugon Brzakala in the 21st minute got a chance for a shot 21st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Basmane Texas's goalie prevented a goal. Franco Armani came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by Gocław Wilga Warszawa's Hugon Brzakala. But to his dismay, Hugon Brzakala quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Ivar Bjurström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gürsel Aksel, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. 39 minutes into the match, Gürsel Aksel notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Gocław Wilga Warszawa's Ivar Bjurström. Ivar Bjurström was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Gürsel Aksel might have been able to make a better finish in the 43rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ivar Bjurström. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gürsel Aksel ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gürsel Aksel got free with Ivar Bjurström in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Liviu Marinescu fell near the penalty area in the 48th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Basmane Texas's protests and gave Liviu Marinescu a yellow card for diving instead. In the 48th match minute, Basmane Texas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Liviu Marinescu to maneuver through the defense. Gocław Wilga Warszawa made a substitution. Maciej Matela replaced Fortunato Froněk. After 50 played minutes Basmane Texas got a freekick which was hit by Liviu Marinescu.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Gürsel Aksel in the 56th minute of play forced Gocław Wilga Warszawa's goalkeeper Ivar Bjurström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gocław Wilga Warszawa's Ivar Bjurström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erik Allikmäe in the 59th minute of play. Franco Armani was a little too slow when Dong Yuan Feng got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 66th minute. The score was now 3-2. In the 69th minute, Gürsel Aksel made a precise shot to the right of Ivar Bjurström. Gocław Wilga Warszawa's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-2. Ayi Yılmaz hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Ivar Bjurström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gürsel Aksel, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. If Dong Yuan Feng had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 85th minute Dong Yuan Feng shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Franco Armani saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Gocław Wilga Warszawa's Dong Yuan Feng got a free kick in the 89th minute. Adam Chazon's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 91stth minute, Franco Armani skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 92nd minute of the game, Maciej Matela landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. Ayi Yılmaz's late challenge caught a Gocław Wilga Warszawa's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ayi Yılmaz helped the player get up and apologised. In the 93rd minute, Ayi Yılmaz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Basmane Texas's Aslan Hagi got a free kick in the 96th minute. Basmane Texas's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
